RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Gamsa is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be happy with your Gamsa order and will always do our best to make things right. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience another issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@gamsafoods.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we may provide a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
