breakfast doesn't have to be sweet

Inspired by Korean savory breakfasts, our bowls bring the comforting flavors of home cooking to the table.

Just add hot water or microwave for a quick, satisfying meal — homestyle juk without the hours.

Garlic, sesame, miso, tamari, and seaweed — layered for a bold, umami-rich bowl. Nothing artificial.

There's More to Breakfast Than Dessert

What is Juk?

Korean juk (죽) is a rice porridge that has comforted generations — cousin to Chinese congee, Filipino arroz caldo, and Thai jok. Enjoyed for breakfast, when you're under the weather, or any time you need something soothing.

Traditionally it takes hours: soaking rice, chopping, slow-cooking. We do the work, so you get the bowl in two and a half minutes.

"The sesame garlic flavor is spot on, and the texture is perfect. I'll crack in an egg or top it with scallions. It reminds me of home."
