Once we hand off your package to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you (to the extent permitted by law).

Our store uses Shopify to power the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Gamsa Foods. Shopify is not responsible for any products sold by Gamsa Foods or for disputes related to your purchase. You agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising out of transactions between you and Gamsa Foods.
